<p>You are so ignorant and I hope that is the anger talking. You have no idea what is like being poor. Try having the pressure of not having enough money for basic things and getting high scores. I bet you your GPA wouldn’t even be close to what it is now if you were poor.</p>
<p>Damn, I’d offer one of you guys my spot seeing as I got in and it’s extremely unlikely I’ll even go there, but I somehow doubt that’s allowed.</p>

<p>Actually, they aren’t even allowed to look at the race you fill in while reviewing your application. They also don’t see your family’s income. They do see your area code and your essay. So if you write about your race/income in there then yeah, it can help/hurt you. Seriously people you need to stop pulling the race/income card, you didn’t get in. Maybe that was the fault of the admissions, but it WASN’T because you’re asian and your family makes a lot of money.</p>
