<p>Hey, I received a National Merit Corporate Sponsorship award for 10k, but it says I need to use it for “undergraduate expenses.” What exactly do “undergraduate expenses” entail? I was thinking of using the money to pay for an apartment that is linked to the campus although not supervised by the college itself. Would that be considered an undergraduate expense?</p>

<p>I would check first with the corporate sponsor to make sure the rent would qualify before making that assumption. </p>
