I’ve been accepted to my dream school as a junior. This school accepts applications from juniors but is not considered an early application. There are many reasons I like this school, but I won’t be able to fill out the FAFSA until October (so I won’t be offered any scholarships until then). Based on the website’s listed merit awards, I would be receiving a yearly scholarship and after talking with an admissions counsellor, I’ve been told they are giving away more money than ever. I keep hearing contrasting views on committing versus keeping your options open when it comes to a dream school. I know I am a junior, but I pretty much fell in love with the school when I stepped on campus. I can definitely see myself going there, and they offer both my undergraduate and my graduate degree there. Thoughts?
