i’m applying to cornell, boston university, syracuse, binghamton, buffalo, stony brook.

Cornell: Major Reach
BU: Smaller Reach

Not sure about the rest.

major reach meaning what, i shouldnt apply?

basically…cornell will be…difficult…i’d say you have about a 1 in a 1,000,000 chance…not to be mean or nethin…but yeah…they accept ppl with around a 3.85-4.0+ and between a 1290-1400+

i had a friend with a 94 average and around 1000 sat score who was admitted, would you have considered him to be a major reach?does essay and recs improves changes?

I’d say this is how they do it…They’ll look at ure GPA and if you did outstanding and had a wonderful essay they’ll let you in…Extracurriculars help as well…depending on what level they’re on…say you won a state/national award…very good…if you don’t have over a 3.2 you won’t get in

it looks like you have excellent ec’s but that will only take you so far. but if you write excellent essays, who knows.

Don’t waste your money on Cornell. It is too big of a reach for you.

definately

if you really wanna go to Cornell…get a 4.0 for ure first 3 semesters of college, write an awsome essay, get an interview with the dean, do mad extracurriculars in school, and transfer

im not waisting my money i get a free waiver
