To give credit where credit is due

Less than a week ago, the College Board sent my daughter her AP scores with one score missing – a score from a test she had taken on the make-up day rather than the regular day in May.

I called the College Board the same day and explained the problem. They said they would send out corrected score reports to my daughter and her college.

Our copy arrived today – only three business days after our request.

I am suitably impressed.

we also had a very pleasant experience with them. Once of the schools my son applied to said (mid March) that they were missing the official copy. Collegeboard sent them overnight report.
