To mention or not to mention

<p>During my freshman and sophomore years, I created a Science forum and was able to reach around 150 members, but at the end of my sophomore year I had my GCSE exams and many other commitments, so I shut down the site. Is it worth mentioning this forum on the application, or will they view it negatively since I eventually closed it down due to other commitments?</p>

<p>If I mention it, where would I put it?</p>

<p>EDIT: I still own the domain - the WHOIS will indicate that it’s under my name, and archive.org shows the website as well in case they need to verify, although it only shows it for two months in the early stages (where there were around 30 members). I assume that I’ll need to provide the domain name for them to check, but if you go on it now it’ll just say web page not found.</p>

<p>Keep it on your application. Since you still own the domain, you can still say that you “own a science forum which has reached over 150 members.”</p>

<p>But lol, I’m on the same boat as you. I’m a moderator on a forum with like 25,000 members.</p>
