I took the SATs for the second time (but my first time was as a seventh grader) in October. My scores came back as a 2030 (720 CR, 640 M, 670 W w/ 8 on essay). Based on current admissions standards I fall 12 points below the high range for the school I’d really like to go to, but only 15 points above the low score for my reach school (which I honestly am not sure about). I’m just wondering if I should retest. I think I could do better in Writing for the multiple choice, but doubt my Math (which is what really concerns me) will improve much. Any suggestions?
If it helps the school I’d like to go to is Dickinson and my reach school is Dartmouth.
