To submit or not to submit, that is the question?

I have taken the ACT THREE times:

April 2016:
34 composite
36 science
33 math
33 reading
34 english
36 writing

June 2016:
33 composite
33 science
35 math
31 reading
31 english
NO writing

October 2016: don’t know scores as of now.

Now, I also took the October 2016 SAT on a whim:

760 Reading/Writing, 760 Math=1520 composite
8/8/8 on Essay

DO I submit the SAT or no?

I think your ACT is good. I don’t see harm in sending the SAT.
