<p>I was in the BC cafe today (Fri) and I was short on cash and they didnt accept my card. A lovely girl surprised me by paying for my lunch while I was off getting the money from my friends. Unfortunately she disappeared out the door soon after so I had no opportunity to ask her to join us for lunch or give her my number so that I could buy her back some time. My hungover brain was working in slow motion! I feel like Joey from Friends searching for the “hot girl” but if you are reading this good Samaritan, let me know and I’ll be happy to shout you lunch. The only reason I post here is that I’m an Irish guy over until Sept. so I’ll not be on campus much to offer to buy lunch back!</p>

<p>Dining bucks are like Monopoly money for BC students; they’re not real! What you have described is a common occurrence in the BC dining halls, so it’s no big deal. And honestly, she probably just didn’t want to wait in line while you got the money from your friends. But it’s nice that you appreciate it.</p>
