To the XY-chromosomed: Would you consider a vasectomy?

Yes or no, please explain why.

Personally, yes.

I hope to adopt and I don’t want to contribute to our saturating population.

■■■!

HElls no!

No thank you.

Insecurities abound.

ah, ya, NO. I like everything how it is right now, thank you very much.

that’s a really flawed procedure/thinking…

You know, you could buy condoms. Much less drastic.

lol, yea i know huh? Or some male birth control…but WOW…that’s just waaay extreme. I couldn’t even imagine anything going down there.

***. nooooooooooooooooooooooooo

not a chance…

Yes I would.

Disadvantages are small, and I don’t want to sacrifice a decade of the prime years of my life just for a baby when I can instead mentor someone if I have the desire to be parental.

granted only if there is an opportunity for The Thing (which I consider fairly unlikely)

besides, birth control pills have potentially worse complications. did you know that birth control pills don’t get totally eliminated through filtration and can prevent pregnancies in fish? Yes that happens.

I consider it de-entity-izing to force animals to have so many babies anyways.

first of all, I’m 99% sure your a female. so ofcourse you would because you wouldn’t need to, if you know what i mean.

and then, if you don’t want to have children… JUST DON’T DO IT!

there’s vasectomy and tubal litigation and that stuff. There’s no fundamental difference between the two.

to many people, “just don’t do it” is less preferable than getting vasectomy or tubal litigation (the pain of which is quite ephemeral, you know)

there is a difference. No-one gonna TOUCH MY STUFF!

It isn’t often I lol.

I said, fundamental difference

they’re both physical, not chemical

Of course I wouldn’t.

Although, I don’t want kids, anyway…
