So basic question, should I retake to try and get my ‘‘top’’ scores into a single sitting, or should I declare my SAT I testing done and trust super-score?

March '09
Critical Reading: 740
Math: 680
Writing: 780

May '09
Critical Reading: 740 [no change]
Math: 800 [+120]
Writing: 680 [-100]

My highest single sitting (May '09) is 2220, but my super-score would be a 2320, 100 points higher.

You’re not showing much of a trend of improvement so it ultimately depends on what schools you are applying to. If you’re going to a school that superscores than you’re fine. If your school doesn’t superscore and 2220 is lower than optimal than retake it, but unless you work don’t expect any big increase.
