<p>Not too difficult to get into lower-division math/science courses for a pre-med – unless they’re lab courses (e.g. 14BL). Also, there are a lot of different lecturers for math especially on a quarter by quarter basis… chemistry is pretty much Lavelle in Fall and Scerri in winter. People prefer Gibson (Winter) over Pires (Fall), generally I think, because he doesn’t make you memorize taxonomic crap for LS 1.</p>
