To US Prep School After O Level

<p>Hi everybody can you help me…
I am an IS still in my sec 3 though (grade 9)…
I need all your advise…:) i don’t know too much of thing now
here is my question:</p>

i’m a non-singaporean student has just placed to sec 3 to sec school in singapore which is not a top gov. sec school at all…
there’s no way i can transfer to top sec school (or apply as 2012 , i will be at sec 4)…
AS it is impossible to apply to top JC without good background of CCA (WHICH YOU CANNOT BUILD IN SEC 3) and HIGHER MOTHER TONGUE…</p>

<p>AFTER O LEVEL:
should i go to US PREP COLLEGE(grade 11) or Australia (grade 11) to later apply to US Uni or to maintain
in singapore?
there’s no way i will have CCA ACHIEVEMENT(S) I think…</p>

<p>oh yeah i am thinking this because i am told that admission from singapore to top tier uni USA is very very strict and hard!! I will have to compete with my friends from RI and HCI!!</p>

<p>my aim: cornell uni, Ucal berkeley, umichigan, NYU…

<p>note: i do have 2 sisters who are Australia PR Living in melbourne…
both have been working in melbourne… should i go to melb?
