The program that I am interested in applying requires three teachers’ evaluation forms. Is it essential to give one form to my English teacher if I am stating in my application that my interest is mainly literature and am willing to spend my summer doing research on a literature-related topic? My only English teacher (yeah, only one, how lucky I am) is really busy and hard to approach (maybe he just dosen’t like me). I don’t get bad grades but I just feel that he may be reluctant to do so for me. I’ve asked my previous law, math and chemistry teachers to fill in the forms for me. Is it alright?
