I love walking. Even if I have done other fitness activities in a day I usually also find time to walk. I prefer alone but will sometimes walk with a friend or my husband. Walking time = podcast time for me. My favorite walks are any route that takes me past or along water - which luckily I am able to do not far from my home.
I walked 3.2 miles this morning before work and before sunrise. I’ll walk with a friend later if her schedule allows. And probably do one more of the dog’s walks!
