today's question of the dayy

it sounded sooooo familiar! was it on the psat or something??

the question was…

He maintains that ethnic and cultural ------- are generalizations no more related to what an individual is actually like than are the ------- representations of constellations to the actual nature of a star.

A. traditions . . chemical
B. stereotypes . . pictorial
C. details . . figurative
D. heritages . . prophetic
E. specimens . . graphic

answer is B?

I’ve noticed that in the past week or so the QoTDs are just ones that have been used before. College Board is just recycling them… they’re too lazy to think of new ones.

yeahh the answer is b

yeah it might have just been another question of the day beforee too

though on the january sat there was a math question about finding the area of a rectangle after the length was increased by x% and the width by y% and there had been a question of the day justtt like that. it made me happyy

Those types of questions are easy. Simply use 100 for the length and the width, increase the values accordingly, and solve the question.

I solved every single question of the day 2009 and many of the questions are the same as the ones from 2008

I noticed that math question on the Jan SAT too. I was like “I already did this one!”

I didnt figure out the rectangle thing
