I wonder how much difference people’s hight will make in this case. The defence says Ross Harris is 6’ 2" and not fair that the actual SUV be toured by shorter jurors. Doesn’t taller person have better view of the interior? And they can create 6’ 2" with step stool or something to be more realistic.
The case is with the jury.
How is looking, @jym626?
Haven’t heard any update. I believe there was some pushback to the decision to have a doll placed in the carseat (that was located in the back seat facing towards the center console of the front seats) and some videos. @GnocchiB - what have you heard?
Haven’t heard much other than the jury requested the transcript of the police interview with Ross Harris, which was not granted, but the jury was brought into the courtroom to watch the video today. There’s a 5 minute portion of it posted that’s interesting - can’t tell if he’s faking it or not. There are moments when he’s totally calm. Here is the link - if you scroll down some, the 5 m. part is linked.

Ross Harris knew that interrogation rooms were filmed. He acted differently in the back of the squad car which was also filmed. Sorry no link,
@MaterS are you saying that Ross didn’t freak out in the police car b/c he didn’t think it was being filmed? I can’t remember what went on in that video (or maybe I just didn’t see it).
Does anyone else think that Leanna is either the most forgiving ex-wife on earth, or still is in denial about what Ross did (both the prostitutes and the “accidental” death of their child)?
I thought it was so interesting that she stopped cooperating with the police within a day or so after his arrest. I guess maybe it’s a defensive mechanism because she was so humiliated by all that he was doing behind her back? I just think I personally would be plenty angry and by the time trial rolled around, wanting to help the prosecution more than the defense.
I would have thrown him under the bus, backed it up and ran his sorry butt over it again.

Teslas now have always on max heat control software to prevent toddler and pet hot car deaths.

@GnocchiB Ross sat in the back of the police car and complained he was too hot.
News announced a verdict has been reached (after 4 days of deliberation). Stay tuned…
Guilty of malice murder. And guilty on lots of other counts.
Guilty on all 8 counts. RIP Cooper.
He was emotionless as the counts were read.
Malice murder, felony murder, cruelty to children, sexual exploitation of a minor, dissemination of harmful materials to a minor, etc.
Sadly, nothing can bring back the poor little boy.
GUILTY. Life without parole.
I think it’s an appropriate sentence.
Agree, but he’s already said he will appeal - waste of time and money…
