TOEFL exemption

Graduate School

So I know that most of the schools waive the TOEFL requirement for international applicants who have already earned a 4-year degree from a US accredited university. Is there any school that doesn’t?

I’m especially interested to know whether Duke and Rockefeller University have such kind of exemption. I can’t seem to find the information on their websites. Anybody know?

thanks.
