<p>I am an international student and I am planning on applying to MIT next year. I have been studying english since 4th grade (currently on 11th grade) and already did two cambridge esol exams, PET and FCE both passed with merit and A .
In a few months i will be doing CAE. My question is: compared to these exams, how hard is TOELF?</p>

<p>It is about the same level of difficulty, so you probably won’t have any problem. As you said you are studying english for a long time, you should also consider taking SAT I. Although MIT accepts both exams, SAT tends to be more valued and most other top schools require even internationals to take it.</p>
