My husband shamed me into making crispy chicken wings.
Here goes the healthy menu! Still well below 6,000 calories per person. ![]()
I had to wing it with wings by quickly googling a recipe since I have not made them in like eternity, but these turned out awesome.
I always bake mine. It’s all about patting them dry, heavy seasoning and bake nice and long so they get crispy!
A little dusting of baking powder mixed with salt and smoked paprika seemed to help!
Gave up on the game. Watching the sunset and eating nachos on my neighbor’s patio while the Chiefs die a slow and painful death.
I’d give up on the game for that sunset, too!
Leftover pizza and French onion dip with potato chips. Fly, Eagles, fly!
DH is working so I went and got myself a yummy grilled chicken sandwich for a late lunch/early dinner. Glad to miss all the calories at a party.
