I applied regular decision. If they haven’t contacted me about an interview by now, is there still time for them to reach me? I don’t want to bug the admissions office, because online it says to not call to request an interview.

Admissions has nothing to do with interview assignments which are handled locally.
I was contacted March 4 last year, so it is far from too late.
