Too late for Janruary SAT2?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I’m international and going to take SAT2 in Janruary. I haven’t registered a preceding date since there’re no seats in nearby
regions due to the sharply increased number of applicants this year. The Hong Kong and Singapore were fulled within a few hours after the registration started. My SAT1 is in December. Will it have an impact on my chance? </p>
