Hey guys, I have a problem (i think) anyways, I’m currently enrolled in a Jr college because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do so I thought I would just go to a Jr college to get my GED done. Now that I’ve been thinking about what I want to do, I want to become a doctor. So, here’s my question is it possible for me to get accepted into med school with a jr college on my resume? I plan on getting straight A’s and (hopefully) get into UCLA. Also, I never took my SATs because you don’t need them for a Jr college so, I have to take those correct?

Thanks,

Yep. Happens a lot. Do well. Transfer to a good 4 yr school. Do well. Apply. ;)

Ok cool, I started to get a bit discouraged.

What classes should I take at a Jr college that will help me out at UCLA or a great college like that?

No problem. In fact, it might be easier than had you gone traditional route.

We like people who standout. We like people who decided late for good reasons that medicine is what they want to do.

Talk to admission at College you want to go to for what they want.

No need for SAT’s. Getting straight A’s is easier planned than executed.

Well what I’ve heard is that Jr college is almost as easy as High School. Hmm, or am i wrong?

Depends on the JC and the high school.

You can go to Med. School in your middle life, if you wish. Just have Bachelor degree and complete academic requirements.
