too late to send in commitment to enroll? XD

Hi guys

So… I kind of put myself in a weird situation. Originally, I chose to enroll at UW because I got little money from USC (4k, basically). However, I discovered later that they’re redistributing money that was left over when trustee and presidential scholars declined their offers to USC. Money was the only reason why I didn’t choose to enroll at USC so… is there any way to enroll again? XD I’m willing to make the effort to attend USC.

I did not send in the reply card declining the offer of admission though, if that makes a difference.

you should call them and talk to an admission person. they will have more info then anyone here can provide you.

You have a chance, I would think, but a slim one. If they are over their numbers it’s less likely. But once again, as denneyk said, admissions office is the final arbiter of decisions like that.

How do you know they are redistributing money? In all my inquiries with them they have indicated that “we have made our scholarship decisions for this year and do not anticipate any further changes”. I will be pretty miffed if there is confirmed indications that they are continuing to make adjustments.
