I had taken the January SAT Subjects tests. I applied regular decision to all the schools that I plan on sending scores to but is it too late to send it now? Will they get it in time to make the decision? I got a 740 on Bio-M and 800 on Math II.

Call and ask, or take the risk and send them. I guess you have already sent them, right?
SEND THEM! You should have marked to send them when you signed up, rather than after inspecting them. It may be too late. All you have to lose is a few dollars, and you have already submitted significant time and money in taking the tests. There is little downside. You have much to gain. Why would you NOT? (Corollary: Why did you take them? If not to share with colleges to which you are applying, perhaps to frame and put on your wall???).
