Too many classes for transfer?

Will admissions officers look down upon having too many classes? My average classes per semester is 5-6 and 3 classes per summer session. I plan on transferring after 2 years however and I will have over 90-100 transferrable units.

If they are all lower division non-UC courses, then you will not be seen as having too many units, because these are capped at 70 semester / 105 quarter units. You will get applicable subject credit for all courses taken.

If they’re lower division, it’s fine. You can have a ton and it doesn’t matter. There’ll be an “additional comment” section on the application and it wouldn’t hurt to make mention why you’re taking so many classes, but it’s not going to hurt you.
