I was wondering what would happen if suddenly let’s say that UC Davis has gotten way more TAG contracts by students next year than they anticipated. If there are 10,000 students who have completed the TAG contract but Davis only has room for 8,000 students ( just made up numbers), what would happen to the remaining 2,000 students, since they are GUARANTEED admission?

That won’t happen. Most of the people who TAG davis also apply to Cal/UCLA/UCSD and if accepted, most students would choose the latter.

If it does happen and more students enroll than Davis has a capacity for…i don’t know what would happen…but it won’t
