<p>So i took the ACT 6 times without writing with scores going 28 29 30 29 31 29
I took in June with writing and got 32 with 10 writing.
I’m looking to apply to a pharmacy college that i should easily get into but also caltech, MIT, and a few others through questbridge. Does taking the test 7 times ruin my chances ( cuz some of the colleges require you to send in all scores).</p>
<p>Usually after 3 times it starts to look a little odd. If you were showing huge improvements each time maybe it would be a little better, but because your changes were so small the seven times seems excessive and implies that you didn’t really practice or study.</p>
<p>It looks bad. And 32 isn’t good enough for MIT or Caltech, though both MIT and Caltceh allow score choice so it won’t effect your admission (just send a 32). </p>

<p>MIT/CalTech you’re gonna need atleast a 34/35 to be competitive…but don’t take the ACT 5 more times to do so…lol</p>
