I took the SAT twice, and the ACT once. I have recently also signed up again for the October ACT. Will I be at a disadvantage when applying to CSU’s and UC’s because I took too many tests??
No, you only need to send all your SAT scores or all ACT scores. You do not need to submit both tests. Also the CSU’s superscore so it might be an advantage if you have more than 1 score.
The UC’s will take the highest composite score from a single sitting.

No, there is no disadvantage to taking the tests three, four, or even five times. Nobody cares how many times you take the exams.
