Top 11 Ways to Know Someone's from CC!

<p>Disclaimer: I’m not trying to rag on anyone in particular, I just thought it’d be interesting to list these things off. No offense to anyone, and feel free to add to the list.</p>

<li><p>If they think that their ECs are dull and unattractive because they happen to enjoy (and have mastered) piano and/or violins, tennis and/or track, and science and/or math competitions on a national scale.</p></li>
<li><p>If they scored 2000+ on the SAT before they were in high school but were still getting gray hairs about the test.</p></li>
<li><p>If they consider Cornell their super-safety and Harvard their match, and spend the rest of their time categorizing the chances level of every top 300 college in America (all of which they are applying to).</p></li>
<li><p>If they refer to adcoms with a holy reverence and include an offering within thier application.</p></li>
<li><p>If they have a 36ACT/2400SAT/4.0GPA/Saved the world, cured cancer, mastered every martial art, won the international science fair, pwned at every math competition, but aren’t sure that their even in the running for HYPSM.</p></li>
<li><p>If they write symbols like (50 Char) to subsitute when they have word requirements on written reports.</p></li>
<li><p>They decide not to apply to any ivies because they made a B+ freshman year in a community college’s athletics course.</p></li>
<li><p>If they think you have to have a hook to get into any college period.</p></li>
<li><p>If they retake an SAT with the following scores: CR: 800 M: 800 W: 800 MC: 80 Essay: 11 D’oh!</p></li>
<li><p>If they think ‘URM’ means ‘Ultimately Required to Matriculate’.</p></li>
<li><p>If at the admissions ceremony for any top college, they use a megaphone to say that they have no idea how everyone there got in, because they had no chance.</p></li>

<p>...CC people check the ACT website 5times an hour to see if the scores have been posted yet... or maybe that's just me? Lol.</p>

<p>I've seen a couple things like this on CC, but it's usually a bit different every time.</p>

<p>I'm very glad I came across this...I was beginning to think everyone on here has gotten a perfect score on thier ACT/Sat and has discovered at least one incurable disease thus far</p>

<p>I think if all of us had cured one uncurable disease, this site would be getting a lot more funding from the federal government.</p>
