Which colleges send students
To top masters programs?

I imagine most of them are schools with top graduate programs.

[nsf.gov - NCSES Baccalaureate Origins of S&E Doctorate Recipients - US National Science Foundation (NSF)](http://www.nsf.gov/statistics/infbrief/nsf08311/?govDel=USNSF_178http://www.nsf.gov/statistics/infbrief/nsf08311/?govDel=USNSF_178)

please see tables 2 and 3.

note that these are all STEM fields, not just physics. I think this is the best data that you’re going to hope for.

also, when you say master’s programs, do you mean masters in physics? few research oriented schools offer an outright masters in physics. in most cases, a masters is awarded if you leave the PhD program.

@flemmyd yes…i meant grad school(masters, doctorate). Thanks for the info!
