Top Schools with Double Digit Transfer Acceptance Rates?

I’ve posted here before, but now I’m just trying to narrow down where I would like to send in transfer apps to. I am looking to transfer for Fall 2015 as a sophomore. So far, Emory is on my list. I would like to add maybe 1 or 2 more.

I’m looking for colleges near the city with a diverse population.

@camover last time I checked WashU and Rice have low transfer rates.

@undecided821 I was basing my list off of bigfuture.collegeboard.org where they have double digit transfer rates.
