top universities for biomedical science programs?

I’m looking for a a solid biomedical program at a top university. I know its a reach for universities such as Harvard, Yale, Stanford etc. but am looking for a school of high caliber like the aforementioned.

I am Canadian so I don’t know very much about specific programs at American unversities. Suggestions would be very much appreciated!

cheers,

Are you looking for a biomedical sciences program or a biomedical engineering program?

I go to Case, and a lot of people major in BME, and rave about the program/professors etc;. Great reputation and cutting edge research(working on a project to help paralyized people walk) and good ties to NASA and great internships.
The acceptance rate is fairly high as well(70%).

awesome and to clarify mollie, im looking for biomedical sciences and likely med school afterward.
