<p>For applications, it doesn’t have to be an either-or situation, so I would suggest that you apply to a variety of both (assuming you’re currently a junior). If you try searching LAC vs. Universities or something along those lines, you’ll find plenty of threads outlining the pros and cons of each. But ultimately it comes down to personal preference, so your best bet would be to keep your options open and choose from where you get in. Good luck :)</p>
<p>I applied to some of each, as it allowed me to postpone the decision. It’s much easier to make decisions about where to attend when you’re limited to the list of schools that have accepted you (rather than the list of schools in the country).</p>
