We are visiting my mom next week and I thought - while we are fairly close by - we would take a tour of U of Miami with DD22. Went to register for a tour and they are all “overcapacity.” Is it ok to show up and informally follow the tour? We went on many tours with DD19, never as tailgaters, but it always seemed that it would be easy to randomly join a group. Is this a serious faux pas? We will have other chances to officially register so not worried about the demonstrated interest piece at this point.
I had the same situation once. I emailed them and they responded that it would be perfectly fine to show up it’s just that they can not officially register me. They even told me the tour times that were closed and the ones that I could possibly attend.
