I was on the waiting list for Towers 3, and I got in.

I accepted the offer, but I didn’t know until today that it is a 4 bedroom/4 bath.

Its nice that I will have my own bathroom, but that is $200 more a semester.

I am a little disappointed that UCF did not tell me what I was getting before I signed the contract. I didn’t even know that Tower 3 had 4/4.

I got one as well, but I’m really excited! None of my roommates or I knew about it and then I got the email that said we were in a 4/4 because our room ends with 11. I’m really excited, and so are they. 200 bucks really isn’t that much more, and the rooms are bigger as well!

Yea now that I got that out I am starting to see the bright side to it. I am in room A so my bedroom is attached to the bathroom, which is a huge plus.

I’m in room C, which means I have the larger room, but my bathroom will be one of the ‘guest’ type ones. Oh well! I’m excited.

I am happy with my room… I prefer small spaces, and I love the privacy of the bathroom, and the diagonal closet looks cool.

Exactly. It’ll be nice simply because we’ll have the ability to interact with others but not have to worry about fighting over the shower in the mornings. I think there is less ability for fighting with roommates with this.

Yea I am at UCF right now for Summer B, and I am sharing a bathroom with 3 other girls… so we have to take showers at different times of the day.

Yeah see that would suck. I wish I would’ve done summer B, though. I want to be there now lol

I am glad that I decided to do summer B, because right now 2 classes in 6 weeks is a little overwhelming since the work is tripled up, but I will be more prepared for the fall semester.

My daughter is in the A room in a 4/4 (last year and she is keeping her room). Her apartment happens to be a “handicap” apartment so it is shaped slightly different than the website photos (FYI). The number of her room ends in 14 and its a corner room…I think all corner apts. are designated handicap ones. Her room is a square shaped and the closet is next to the desk on the outside wall (not on an angle like in the photo). The bathroom is bigger too. It is really nice and well worth the extra money!

As stated above, the floorplan on the website isn’t the one for every room but rather the 4/4 unit in the middle of the Tower, hence its symmetry.
