Hi! Everyone! i’m an international student.

Is it wrong if my school doesn’t provide rank on the transcript?? It has only my term and examination mark. Also, usually getting 70’s and 80’s is considered really gud in each subject, but how would i explain these shiieeetttts to UC’s?? I know the fact that there is an additional comment that i can make, but would UC’s really look into the additional comment???

Hi! I agree with BestOfTheBest. You might want to try the College Admissions forum. Good luck! Also, I would try calling the UC’s and asking them directly. That’s your best bet.

POst on the International Student forum.
But overall, your counselor needs to write a school profile where it’ll be indicated what percentage of each class or year gets 80, 75, 70, 65, 60, 55, 50, 40, 30, and 20; how that correlates to national exams (does a 60 at your school mean a 75 for national boards or does it mean a 50?) and what percentage students at your school achieve national achievements like top 10% marks, top 20% marks, national distinction, etc.
