<p>Question: When a person applies as soph transfer student, do admission counsellors take into consideration that the same person applied as freshman and got waitlisted? Is that a higher level of interest? Does the admit counsellor even know that a person had applied as a freshman and is now reapplying as a soph?</p>
<p>yes the admissions should know that you have applied before and yes it should help you although i do not believe it is a critical factor</p>
