<p>I had a similar problem where my transcripts had my proper name but my rec had my nickname, and the website only registered my transcript. I contacted them about two weeks later via email, and they responded immediately. When I checked the website the next day, everything was in order.
I would email them soon, because they most likely have everything in their office anyway. Hope it works out!</p>
