<p>i know that class rank is very important to upenn, so…</p>
<p>i am currently ranked number _ in my class. however, my rank might go down (possibly a lot because competition is pretty fierce) after the end of this semester because most of my easier classes my senior year are in my first semester. my second semester is a lot tougher, but they wont really see my rank after those classes until after admissions. will they keep into account that most of my weighted AP classes are second semester? </p>
<p>also, since i am on the tennis team, by the end of my senior year, i will have taken two tennis PE classes (1 junior year, 1 senior year). it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended by the coach. will upenn also keep that into account in my rank? because PE does not have as much weight as an honors or AP class. if i had taken an AP class in place of PE tennis in my junior year, i would probably be ranked higher </p>
