I’m taking a college class in anthropology and it’s the major I want to go in. I really enjoy it but it is stressing me out. I have a lot of activities going on that I would rather focus on such as my College apps and Skills USA. I wanted to drop it before but my parents wouldn’t let me but now they are. I am just worried that it would look bad that I’m dropping a college class with a “w” that is my intended major.
Why? It makes sense to take the intro to Anthropology course at the school you intend to complete your degree at and to meet the other Freshman that you will study with over the next few years. If you don’t take it at your college choice you are missing an opportunity to interact with a professor and peers in your intended major.
