My principal sent in my report card by email rather than directly to Gateway, because the file size was too big. Will the admissions office check off the ‘transcript’ box themselves when they see it? If not, then what would happen if they don’t see it until after the deadline?
We ran into a similar issue with a recommendation. BS’s advice was for the recommender to email it directly with the downside being Gateway would not register it. The recommendation was emailed, and Gateway is still not showing it as in (since it didn’t go through this portal). Called the school and got oral confirmation of receipt.
Schools and Gateway should fix this.
