I’m International student, applying to grad, school of engineering.
My university do not make and send transcripts to anywhere :)

I have only diploma and supplement with grades.

I really need to know - It’s supposed that I should make transcripts and send by myself?

Does anyone have such problem?

Transcript is an official document that has to come directly from your university. If your university does not issue transcripts, you have to contact Stanford and ask them what do you need to do.

You CAN NOT “make” a transcript.
