Transcripts

<p>Stanford requires you to send transcripts from colleges where you have taken classes for credit. Should these be sent to the Undergraduate Admissions Office or elsewhere? No one at my school knows about this.</p>

Work that has already been completed: to petition to transfer course work already completed, please do the following (for continuing students only):</p>

<ol>
<li>Request that an official transcript from the transfer school be mailed directly to: Office of the University Registrar, 630 Serra Street, Suite 120, Stanford, CA 94305-6032, Attn: External Credit Evaluation.</li>
<li>Print and complete the Request for Transfer Credit Evaluation Form.</li>
<li>Return your petition to the staff at the Registrar’s Office Service Windows at 630 Serra Street, Suite 120. A transfer credit evaluator will contact you if your assistance is required with the transfer credit evaluation process.

<p>I think they should be sent to the same place as the rest of your application. I would start worrying about getting the credit for them after you get accepted to Stanford…</p>

<p>^haha…yeah. although i believe they’ll want to see that you took classes at a college when you’re applying.</p>

<p>There is a place on the application where you are asked to list all the college classes taken and the grades earned.</p>
