transfer admission into northwestern university

by the end of this semester I have to pick a school to transfer into (i’m in a community college right now) my GPA will be a 3.6 and I have done some volunteer work I also have a job so it’s hard to do a lot of extra stuff…I have taken some courses that are more challenging (biology 101, 102, embryology) and electives…I know this school is extremely difficult to get into so would this be enough? should I not bother and try a less competitive one?

are they going to look at me differently because i’m already in college or am I evaluated the same as a high school senior would be?
