Transfer advice/chances

I’m currently enrolled at Dickinson College and am thinking about transferring this upcoming spring semester due to a mix of my dislike of the very small size and the lack of academic rigor I feel my classes have. Based off my stats and major listed below, could anyone help recommend more schools to look at and estimate my chances for the ones I am already thinking about?

Year: Rising Sophomore
Race: White
Major: International Relations
Minor: Economics/Italian Studies

College GPA: 3.96/4.0 (3.92 first semester, 4.0 second semester)
High School GPA: 93.05/100

APs: Euro (4), World History (4), Italian (4), Lit (3), US History (3), Calc AB (3)
ACT: 31

College Extracurriculars:
-Competitive 2.5 year internship program (MSL)
-President of Alpha Lamda Delta honor society
-Member of several clubs w/ no leadership positions

Significant High School ECs:
-Boys’ State NY delegate
-One of 20 students in NY, NJ, CT to be given a study-abroad scholarship in Italy (through the Italian Consulate General of NYC)
-Summer-long internship with educational organization funded by the Italian Consulate

Potential schools to apply to (for spring admission):
-Cornell
-UVA
-Notre Dame

UVA is a great school for International studies and is just the right size. They have great study abroad possibilities with Italy as well. Good luck!
