Transfer Advice Please?

Hi! I am a biochemistry major and women’s studies minor at Stony Brook University (pre-med). I would like to know what are my chances for getting accepted into Wesleyan as a fall semester undergrad for my junior year. I’m fully aware of how competitive transfer admissions are, so please, any sort of advice on how to boost my chances?

SAT: MAT: 540 CR: 680 WR: 620 (I know they are not the best, but I hope my college career overshadows that)

Current GPA: 3.87

EC’s: Pre- Med Society, Community Service Club, Stony Brook Crew, Public Relations position in Hall Council, Stony Brook Soccer Club (Intramural Champs!! =] ) Volunteer in patient care at hospital abroad 100+ hrs, Chemistry TA and general chem tutor in spare time, attended supplementary cultural school, church choir.

Honors: Dean’s List, Academic Achievement Awards from Stony Brook etc.

Be honest, do I stand a chance?
