Transfer app. arrived. Wrong place?

I mailed my app. on the 5th to:

Texas A&M University
Transfer Admissions
Office Admissions
P.O. Box 40003
College Station, TX 77842

But the USPS “track & confirm” page says it was delivered to zip code 77843

Has that ever happened to anyone?

The zip code of the admissions office is 77843 - so you got lucky the post office didnt return the app.

On the document ID sheet the zip is 77842. If it is 77843, that explains why my letter of rec went missing. Im going to call on monday to make sure.

In the TAMU site it says:

Mail transfer credentials to:
All required documents and credentials should be mailed to:
Transfer Admissions Processing
Texas A&M University
P.O. Box 40003
College Station, TX 77842-4003

A bit confusing…

I acutally submitted my app. online. But I mailed my transcipts and rec. letter in a priority mail envolope.

Thanks for the replies…

Sorry - I got my info from a letter set to us off the applicant.tamu.edu site and it says. I saw the 77842 on the web site. I know this Agronomy Rd is the physical addresss, so that was my mistake.

P.O. Box 30014, College Station, TX 77842-3014 General Services Complex, 750 Agronomy Rd. Ste. 1601, 0200 TAMU College Station, TX 77843-0200

(979) 845-1060 Fax: (979) 458-1808

You can fax everything like me. I was in a hurry so I got a fax number from them and faxed the everything; I am also a transfer applicant. Soon as you fax them, even if they don’t process it, it’ll be marked as recieved before the deadline!

I will call admissions tomorrow.
I just wish I could fax my transcripts :P

My institution sent them via etranscript. So it was almost instant. No mailing required. Maybe they can do that.

OK, I called admissions.
Transfer apps. go to PO Box 40003…zip code 77842.
