Transfer as a college Junior.

(I have posted this in the UNC forum too).
Hi Guys,
Hope your holidays are going great!
First I have to say that this is a great place for hopeless souls like me using Google. You guys are awesome!
I am currently enrolled at the College of Southern Nevada a two year college and at UNLV a four year college. I am planning to transfer to UNC, Chapel Hill in the Fall of 2008.

Transcript:
As of the end of Fall 2007 I have 59 credits (5 credits of the 59 were taken as a prerequisite for my Calculus class).
I will be taking 17 credits in the Spring of 2008 (11 at UNLV and 6 at CSN).
My current GPA is a 4.0 on a 4.0 scale. This will put me at 71 credits without counting the 5 credits I mentioned above. I hope my GPA will stay at a 4.0.

The problem is that I had my high school in India and graduated from high school there in the May of 2006. After I came here (I am a permanent US resident) I did a foreign credential evaluation service and determined my high school GPA to be 4.23. I haven’t taken any standardized test.
