I’m a community college international student in Seattle, I have submitted the application of transferring to UIUC. I got 3.87 GPA with 71 quarter hours. I only got a 78 in TOEFL, I wondering should I retake a TOEFL test, but I also worry that materials will due before I get a new TOEFL score.
